My experience purchasing my car over the weekend was nothing short of amazing. To start off Mr. Shelvy is an amazing asset to Aristocrat and I hope he works there forever. After speaking with him and his kinds words I made up in my mind I was purchasing a car which led us being introduced to Mr. Payton who was the most professional and amazing guy to work with not to mention he was able to deal with my husbands bad humor lol With people like these two on your staff you have a customer for life.

I purchased my Mercedes G63 via the internet and the process was straight forward and easy to accomplish. When I went to pickup my G Wagon I was very pleased with the lady who guided me thought the process and explained the vehicle's features and assisted transferring our possessions to the new vehicle. My customer service experience was excellent. I have to point out that I called the dealership randomly 30 minutes before they close, Payton took the call and I told him I was going to be there in 10 minutes and I was interested in a specific car...he had it ready for me to test drive it when I got there. That did not even happen when I had appointments with other dealerships. The financing process was smooth, and it met my expectations. Thanks to Payton that made my process quick and seamless.
